Make a record of five to Strip House: Downtown’s Red-blooded, full-bodied Steakhouse is celebrating its fifth anniversary.
In honor of reaching the five year mark, the restaurant offers a five-course meal for $ 55, all this month until the end of February.
Anniversary Dinner Chef John Schenk includes: Cappuccino of lobster bisque, followed by a salad of roasted tomatoes and mozzarella, then burned sea scallops with edamame succotash and black truffle butter. For the main course is filet mignon with black truffle cream spinach and potatoes in goose fat. For dessert, make the profiteroles, dipped in hot fudge sauce.
The only steak we get to shimmy on to the Strip House. But now we have five good reasons to leave.
